Senior Accountant

Seolta Holdings, LLC (Proud Builders of MJM Yachts) is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance Team.
An effective candidate would be comfortable with general ledger maintenance, posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and helping with period and year-end close.

Duties and Responsibilities: Reconciling general ledger accounts including but not limited to cash, prepaids/deposits, PP&E, and accruals.
Prepare and record journal entries and assist with the month-end closing checklist.
Assist with the preparation of periodic financial statements, as well as the annual budget and financial projections.
Assist with the weekly rolling 13-week cash flow forecast.
Record bi-weekly payroll and transfers between banks.
Support with periodic audits including the year-end financial statements, insurance, and others as needed.
Assist with required compliance activities such as sales tax reporting, and state and federal income tax returns.
Special projects and ad hoc analysis assigned by the CFO.
