Description of Work This position is located at Tyrrell Prison Work Farm in Columbia, NC and will provide direct Office Management for the Associate Warden.
Duties include clerical and administrative assistance daily to include typing and transcription duties, correspondence management, record keeping, filing, database management and telephone responsibilities.
This position dispenses correspondence and other information to staff, processes incoming and outgoing mail and handles routine office activities.
This position will have an office which is housed at a minimum custody male facility and is subject to contact with offenders.
