This discontinued pattern was made for the Fraternal Order Rebekah or Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
The 3-link chain logo, symbolizes "The Three Link Fraternity", which stands for Friendship, Love and Truth.
The pattern also features the Rebekah Dove / R / Star Banner logo in the center (red, white & blue).
