This position is responsible for making reservations, assisting guests, answering correspondence, providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Answer calls, send/reply to emails, and makes reservations.
• Maintains arrival, departure & guest lists
• Checks guests in and out, assist guests as needed
• Clean lobby and office areas
• Coordinate housekeeping list with housekeepers, special guest request.
Etc.
• Receive and process payments, prepare daily audit reports
• Maintain petty cash account
• Monitor for 3rd party reservations and cancellations
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Ability to work flexible work schedule and days including evenings and holidays
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft 365 a plus
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
• Able to use sound judgment, work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another.
• Performs well with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
• Cash handling skills (the ability to count currency, make and count back change.
Full-time year round position.
