Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Utilize POS system to process orders, payments, and track sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and health regulations.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
