We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Independent Practitioner to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Outpatient team designed to provide crisis interventions and support to adults and youths.
What You’ll Do As a Independent Practitioner (IP) on the Outpatient team you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s).
The PCP’s will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans.
The IP may provide services to individuals and groups to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process.

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with evening flexibility depending on program and client needs.
This position can be full or part time, virtual, on-site or hybrid-on-site preferred.

Reimbursement for work-related travel Professional development and opportunities for staff training What We’re Looking For To join our team as the Counselor you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an Outpatient setting, be able to work independently, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis, and be able to provide on-call support.
