HVAC Filter, Light Bulb, and Ceiling Fan Program Technician - Seasonal Starting at $17/hr Apply Seasonal HVAC Filter Technician will be responsible for changing all HVAC filters in vacation homes within the Resort Realty Rental Program, as well as checking and replacing light bulbs where needed throughout the homes, and cleaning/dusting of all ceiling fans.
