Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store entrance and shopping carts, shelves and aisles, restrooms and backroom as needed.
- Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to designated areas - Assist in bagging groceries and loading them into customers' vehicles in all types of weather - Monitor and manage the store's entrance and sales floor to ensure a safe and secure environment - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations - Stock product as needed Qualifications: - Must be able to lift 50 lbs - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial - Knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes is advantageous - Ability to provide exceptional customer service - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment where you can make a difference in customers' lives, we invite you to apply for the position of Courtesy Clerk.
