*Basic Function of Retail Sales Associate*
Provides exceptional customer service, brand, and product knowledge in selling Sea Bags products and accessories.
*Job Qualifications of Retail Sales Associate*
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to seamlessly communicate and articulate company history and product information.
* Strong ability to listen and communicate thoroughly with customers, co-workers and others.
* Ability to efficiently use a point-of-sale system and IPad.
* Capable of working occasional long work periods to support the needs of the business.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing position.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
* Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment.
* A team player, Can-Do mindset – willing to jump in and support any needs when called upon.
