Assistant Rental Manager

-This is a 40 hour a week salaried position.
-At least 3 years’ experience in rental management experience a must.
-Current NC Real Estate License.
-Given the experience needed for this position certain skills will be assumed such as reservations skills, supervisory skills of others, being able to work in a team environment and working for the greater good of the company at all times is expected.
-Positive attitude with background in customer service.
-Computer Skills including Microsoft products and property management software experience a must.
-Excellent communications skills including a polished phone personality is critical to success as is command of the written word.
You will be the face of the company in many ways so professional dress and presentation of self is required at all times.
-Direct supervision by and accountability to Rental Manager on performance is a part of this job.
-Owner services are a critical aspect of this position.
Intimate knowledge of pricing strategies for properties, analysis of industry trends, and creative problem solving is a prerequisite.
- Creative thinking and solid experience is key to success.
-Work with and follow up with various department heads and managers to ensure customer and owner satisfaction needs are met.
-Ability to think on one’s feet and handle pressure situations with a cool head is a critical part of this position.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,000.
00 - $40,000.
