Upon successful completion of the initial training period, we are pleased to offer qualified Sales staff an optional 4-day workweek!
Our Career Path Program provides paid training and offers employees the opportunity expand their skills rapidly.
Sales Team members can graduate into Senior Consultant roles within 24 months, developing skills to prepare them for future advancement in areas such as: Management, Finance, and Administration.
With six brands and three locations in Eastern North Carolina, our Leadership Team is looking for individuals that can grow with us to meet our wonderful community's needs.

Responsibilities:
Provide a superior customer experience by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentation
Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
Meet sales and productivity goals
Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
Qualifications:
Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (4-5 days/week)
Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
Maintain professional attire and appearance
Valid Driver’s License
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
