Route Sales Director

*\*\*\*ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENTLY\*\*\** *\*\*\*BONUSES & INCENTIVES ON TOP OF START PAY\*\*\** *Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:* * *Designated routes* * Grow sales volume, brand presence, and footprint within assigned territory * Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers within assigned territories * Visit accounts weekly to generate orders and ensure customer satisfaction * _Interact with drivers daily to coordinate timely and successful deliveries_ * Conduct regular account inventory checks and ensure that all product is rotated * Ability to lift 75 lbs.
* Ability to manipulate 165 lbs on a dolly _Required traits include being professional, detail-oriented, organized, punctual, self-sufficient, and must be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
