Rigger

Currently accepting applications for an upcoming outage in Aurora, NC to take place in June 2024 for approximately 1 month.

Duties - Perform rigging duties to lift, move, and position heavy equipment and materials - Inspect rigging equipment and ensure it is in good working condition - Set up and dismantle rigging equipment as needed - Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes and cranes to assist with rigging operations - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Experience - Previous experience in rigging - Prefer NCCCO Certification - Mechanical knowledge is beneficial - Must pass a drug test - Must be able to complete site-specific and MSHA training Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
