*Job Description: *Branch Manager Outer Banks, North Carolina * The ideal candidate should have a strong background in roofing, windows and siding installation and operations, management and sales.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Manage the overall operations and estimating for the entire branch.
* Coordinate seamless execution of projects from planning to completion.
* Manage the estimating process to ensure an accurate scope of work is created and an estimate is provided to the customer, which meets profit objectives.
* Create and maintain client relationships, managing customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer issues if and when there are any.
* Keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
* Provide results with the goal of consistent customer satisfaction and timely payments.
* Handle all project documentation to include estimates, pictures, insurance documentation, invoicing and accounts receivable.
* Responsible for all administrative functions at the branch level.
* Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
* Initiates and maintains liaison with vendor contacts, to facilitate orders and material deliveries.
* Oversee resources for job scheduling and ensure effective job scheduling, resulting in the effective allocation of jobs, subcontractors, vehicles and equipment.
* Coordinate project schedules to execute contract obligations within time, scope and job profitability.
* Verify inventory product quantities and supplies for use during projects, reducing waste to lower operating costs.
* Handles subcontractors’ agreements and submitting of subcontractors’ payroll.
* Responsible for the submittal process for FORTIFIED roofing qualifications.
* Perform quality control checks of all job sites at job completion.
* Ensure customer inspections are being scheduled timely, and the inspection process is conducted according to our company processes, to ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring all company documentation, internal and external, is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
* Handle other tasks and duties as business needs require.
* Assume additional responsibilities as directed by upper management/Owner.
* Take initiative and thrive in a face-paced environment.
* Suggest and implement strategies to promote the growth of the company, including market expansion.
* Provide suggestions for business growth, increasing revenue, and profitability.
*Qualifications and Requirements:* * Proven record of accomplishment in roofing, windows and siding operations, with at least 5 years of hands-on field experience and at least 5 years of management experience.
* In-depth knowledge of roof installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with the team and customers.
* Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance in the roofing, windows and siding industry.
* Result oriented mind set with a passion for achieving company growth.
* Experience with project manager principles, practices, techniques and tools.
* Experience with running multiple projects at one time.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional manner in dealing with customers and employees.
* Strong computer skills.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
