Responsibilities:
1.
Provide quality customer service via phone, fax, or email, addressing inquiries on accounts and services.
2.
Perform account maintenance and recommend appropriate products to customers.
3.
Analyze callers' needs proactively and resolve issues efficiently.
4.
Navigate computer systems to address and resolve customer issues.
5.
Adhere to bank regulations and policies, including BSA/AML compliance.
6.
Report to a Customer Contact Center Supervisor and perform assigned duties effectively.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work weekends on a rotating basis.
* Fluent Spanish language skills may be required for some positions
