We are looking for individuals who have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, are able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the business, and can demonstrate a solid work ethic, good business acumen, and a passion for excellence.
The successful Property Manager will be a collaborative, solution-based leader, adept at managing conflict resolution and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with homeowners, interacting with guests and collaborating with other departments to ensure our properties are maintained at the highest level to optimize the guest experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
*Responsibilities*
* Establish and maintain strong homeowner relations through consistent, robust and timely communication.
* Partner with homeowners to ensure each property meets our high standards by leveraging guest feedback and home assessments.
* Collaborate with Reservations and Operations teams to ensure homeowner and guest satisfaction.
* Ensure successful resolution of guest complaints, while maintaining fiduciary duty to homeowners.
* Interact with consumer oversight organizations as needed.
* Review financial objectives and results with homeowners as needed.
* Performs other related duties as required.
*Qualifications*
*Education/Certification:*
* North Carolina Real Estate license is required
* High school or GED equivalency required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
*Experience:*
* Property management or hospitality experience preferred.
* Must have experience with computers and willing to learn new software.
* Working weekends and holidays is required.
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*
*Knowledge:*
* Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
*Skill and ability to:*
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to successfully interact with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person.
* Ability to multi-task, work in fast paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
* Demonstrated capacity for collaboration.
* Maintain a professional appearance.
* Must have a clean driving record and have a valid driver’s license
